Welcome to Martha Holden's Simple Soap Co.  We are a family-owned and run business dedicated to making bath and body products with only high-quality ingredients that are good and nourishing to your skin.

Every product is made in my kitchen in small batches insuring quality control. I make real hand-made soap using the time-honored cold process method -- thereby retaining the natural glycerin. Please don't confuse this soap with the so-called "glycerin" soap. Most of those are manufactured with detergents and other artificial ingredients. Our base recipe includes olive, coconut, palm, grapeseed, rice bran and caster oils.  Then each batch gets an extra dose of some of the luxury butters like coco butter, shea butter, and olive butter.  Many of the soaps are made from Iowa fresh goat milk. Silk fibers are added to create a silky lather. Many or the recipes include herbal grains and powders.  Your skin will feel clean, supple and replenished after using our soap -- no lotion needed.  Because of the nature of handmade soaps, there may be a slight variation in appearance from batch to batch.  All soaps are well over 4 oz and many close to 5 oz
